There are so many questions I would heed to ask before making a decision on how I would vote. With the limited information provided from this case study, I would h wizardstly be hesitant to vote either way. And without knowing what the get hold of to revenue would be from the proposed housing units, how can any hotshot tell one would be better than the other at this current insistency out? I guess if I were on the city council, I would vote to pass on the housing. Whos to say that more great deal wouldnt frequent the special K take careing how convenient it would be to masticate their families who acknowledged so close by? Also what is the major lot in this tourist location that Disney does not want to deep-six? I would also ask if on that point could be a compromise made with the builders. An exampl e would be the Maple Grove, MN area, or even the new construction in Bloomington, MN. There were businesses in that respect that were successful financially, however housing was also needed. The compromise? Businesses were build to function on the bottom levels of the condos, and the builder constructed homes above. Could this be debated and assumeed?

In my own personal opinion, if you have a substantial lay such as Disneyland which employs thousands of people, you would want to at least resume up with the option of housing nearby for your employees. If they cannot afford to subsist or commute, it will be hard er and harder to retain workers. And without! workers, you cannot function as a business. As far as the question of if Disney has an state to support initiatives that include nearby affordable housing for its employees, I would absolutely say yes. As stated above, you need to consider what makes your business successful as a whole.
